John Humphreys

John Humphreys is currently the Director of the Human Capital Project -- an NGO that finances poor Cambodian students into University.

After studying economics, he went to work for the Commonwealth Treasury, the Centre for International Economics, the Centre for Independent Studies, and Chea Sim University (Cambodia). He is currently doing his PhD at the University of Queensland, where he is also a member of the Senate. John is also on the executive of the Economic Society of Australia (Qld), the Australian Taxpayers Alliance, The Circle Project, and the University of Management and Economics Research Centre (Cambodia).
