My research focuses on the connections between people's social identity, work and careers, and their mental health and wellbeing. I use a mix of programme evaluation and analysis of linked administrative data to understand the complex ways in which these connections develop over the lifecourse.I lecture on social inequalities and on the sociology of digital innovation.
