Jonathan Liljeblad

Jonathan Liljeblad was born in Myanmar and grew up in Sweden and the US. He holds a PhD and JD from the University of Southern California and a BS from the California Institute of Technology. His research focuses on the challenges of promoting international norms in developing countries, and contributes to policy areas in international law and international relations. His field work is based primarily in Myanmar. He is a consultant to multiple international non-government organizations (INGOs) in the Indo-Pacific region. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Australian National University.
