Jonathan Swainger

I have been a historian with the University of Northern British Columbia since 1992 and, since that date, have worked at the regional campuses in Terrace and Fort St. John as well as in Prince George. My research centers on Canadian Legal History with specialization on the early development of the Canadian Department of Justice, crime history, and the relationship between community identity and crime.
