Assistant Professor of Economics, Occidental College

I am a labor economist whose research focuses on the role of gender norms in the workplace, the effects of public policy on parenting decisions, and the criminal justice system. I teach at Occidental College, a small liberal arts college in Los Angeles, CA. In addition to my academic experience, I have worked for the US Census Bureau and for a policy research organization called MDRC.
