I earned a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Mississippi State University in 2010. I am currently an Associate Professor of Sport Management and Economics at Kennesaw State University.
My primary field of interest is Sports Economics. At Kennesaw State, I teach courses in Sports Economics, Sports Finance, and Sports Analytics. I am very active as a researcher as well. I have published many articles in academic journals in the field of sports economics.
Often times, my research focuses on talent evaluation in sports. The majority of my research examines topics related to the NFL and College Football. I am also interested in the intersection of race and sports, and I have published articles examining racial issues in sports as well.
