Júlia Isern Bennassar

As a lawyer, I have specialised in environmental protection, collaborating with GOB (Balearic ENGO initiating the citizens' initiative that ended up in the Law 10/2023 on the well-being of present and future generations). During that time I elaborated a report on the main environmental problems in the Mediterranean sea and a standard form of claim to report illegal moorings on Posidonia oceanica. I have also volunteered in Ecologistst in Action- Madrid. Recently I have graduated in Utrecht University on the LLM Law and Sustainability in Europe, from which I graduated with an Honours Programme.
I have created and edited a podcast on Over-tourism in the Mediterranean and led the Seminar on the well-being of future generations in the context of climate change.
