Professor of Law, The University of Melbourne

Julian Webb BA (CNAA), LLM, LLD (Warwick) taught law at the Universities of Westminster and Warwick before joining the University of Melbourne in 2014. He has also held appointments as Director of the UK Centre for Legal Education, Warwick University (2006-11), and as a Senior Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London (2009-13). From 1998 to 2008 he was a founding editor of the international journal 'Legal Ethics'. Julian currently teaches lawyers' ethics, civil procedure, and legal methods.His current research focusses on the regulation of legal technology, and on organisational wrongdoing in professions.
