Professor of Psychology, Binus University

Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham is a social psychologist who puts interest in Psychology of Corruption, Psychoinformatics, and Public Policy Psychology. He is an Indonesian Open Science Team member as well as a research and scientific publication policy observer with the perspective of Social Psychology and Humanities. He is Professor of Psychology at Bina Nusantara University teaching Social Psychology, Psychology of Public Policy, Quantitative & Qualitative Research Methodology, and Urban Psychology, as well as Adjunct Lecturer at School of Government and Public Policy (SGPP) Indonesia. He has been active as an Executive Committee member of the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI / Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia), since 2008. He was invited as a Visiting Scholar at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium (2019) to discuss the situation of Open Access in Indonesia in Global Minds event. He took a Scientometrics Certificate in China (2019) held by the Center for Science and Technology Studies (CWTS) of Leiden University, The Netherlands. He and his team wrote in The Conversation Indonesia entitled 'The Path of Indonesian Bibliometric Evolution' (Jalan Evolusi Bibliometrik Indonesia), which advocates for preventing the potential of academic corruption in a research ecosystem. He received the Publons Peer Review Awards from Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science Group) for Multidisciplinary (2017) and Cross-Field (2018). He is also an alumnus of the UNESCO's ETTC - Ethics Teacher Training Courses (2017). He co-contributes, with Dr. I.B. Siaputra, to the Indonesian Academic Integrity Platform (ANJANI / Anjungan Integritas Akademik) through the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti)'s Assignment to the University of Surabaya in the Strategic Policy Study (KKS / Kajian Kebijakan Strategis) Scheme (2019). He also wrote on 'Academic Freedom: Continuing the Idea of The Psychology of Higher Education' (Kebebasan Akademik: Melanjutkan Gagasan Psikologi Perguruan Tinggi) - https://osf.io/preprints/inarxiv/q5nce/ - of which its proposal for the Specialization of Three Pillars of Higher Education (Spesialisasi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) was echoed by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvgTWUbqC3g . He co-initiated the conference brand name 'ICOBAR', The International Conference on Biospheric Harmony, at Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia, and once led the ICOP, The International Conference of Psychotechnology. He also co-initiated the name 'NILA', Nuances of Indonesian Language, a journal founded by the PPJB-SIP (Association of Journal Managers of Indonesian Language, Literature and Its Teaching), 'WIBISANA', Wawasan Terbimbing Sains Terbuka Indonesia (Indonesian Guided Insight on Open Science), as well as the name 'PANDU' (Psychological Science Accelerator-Delightful Collaboration). He was awarded with the Certification of Psychological Competency Assessor for the Indonesian Psychology Professional Certification Institute (LSP / Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Psikologi Indonesia) from the Indonesian National Certification Agency (BNSP / Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi). He advocates for Indonesian Draft Bill on Psychological Practice (Rancangan Undang Undang Praktik Psikologi). He is an official member of CASE, Council of Asian Science Editors, and assists Indonesian Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (Kemenristek/BRIN, formerly Kemenristekdikti) as Scientific Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA / Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah) Assessor of Content/Substance, ISO 17024 certified National Research Reviewer (RPN / Reveiewer Penelitian Nasional), and Scientific Writing Facilitator. He is a Board Member and International Scientific Committee member of ABRA, Association of Behavioral Researchers on Asians / Africans (Persatuan Penyelidik-Penyelidik Perilaku Orang Asia/Afrika), a member of the Editorial Board of Anima - Indonesian Psychological Journal, University of Surabaya, and Publishing Letters (PubLetter). He is a member of the Center for Scientific Publication Studies of the Indonesian Journal Volunteers (PSPI RJI / Pusat Studi Publikasi Ilmiah - Relawan Jurnal Indonesia).
