Kanstantsin Dzehtsiarou

Professor in Human Rights Law, University of Liverpool

Kanstantsin Dzehtsiarou is a professor in human rights law at the University of Liverpool. He published extensively in the area of interpretation of the European Convention on Human Rights and effectiveness of international justice. His latest book: Can the European Court of Human Rights Shapes European Public Order? (CUP, 2021) tests the boundaries of the Court’s authority. He cooperates with international inter-governmental and non-governmental organisations as an expert in international and European human rights law. Kanstantsin is an editor-in-chief of the European Convention on Human Rights Law Review.
