Kath Phelan is a researcher in the Clean Air and Urban Landscapes (CAUL) Research Hub within RMIT University's Centre for Urban Research. She previously worked in research in the Victorian state government’s Department of Planning and Community Development, building on her doctoral work in urban planning in the United States. Kath has taught as a sessional tutor and lecturer at RMIT in the urban planning program. She also has experience and qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying and architecture.
