Kathleen Trejo Tello's research has included efforts focused on understanding behavioral risk factors for chronic disease, nutrition and physical activity behaviors, Hispanic health, social network influences on health behaviors, cultural and social theories of health promotion and health disparities. She incorporates her research experience and interests in teaching global health and public health courses.
