Teaching Fellow, Aston University

A chartered psychologist, Keith’s research interests remain on understanding organisations from a psychological perspective. At Aston University he is a Teaching Fellow in the Work and Organisational Psychology Department.

The focus of Keith's research is on exploring how individual identities are constructed in the workplace and the impact that these have on the way that we participate at work. His recent work includes engaging with organisations to understand how to get the best from their staff, how to enable learning, and what practices enable success.
