Lecturer in Social Work, University of York

I am a lectutrer in Social Work at the University of York. My research is focused on young people, migration and immigration.

I qualified as a social worker in Bradford almost ten years ago and then went on to complete my MRES (Master of Research) and my PhD at University of York.

My PhD thesis explored the experiences of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Young People in the UK. I have publised a number of academic papers from this research.
