Ken Friedman

Chair Professor of Design Innovation Studies, Tongji University

Ken Friedman is University Distinguished Professor and Distinguished Professor of Design at Swinburne University of Technology. He works with design theory and design thinking for innovation in the global knowledge economy, and he co-edits a book series on these issues for MIT Press. In 2008, Loughborough University awarded Friedman the DSc honoris causa for outstanding contributions to design research.
