Kensy Cooperrider

Postdoctoral Scholar in Psychology, University of Chicago

After earning a PhD in Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego in 2011, I served as Visiting Assistant Professor of Cognitive Science at Case Western Reserve University (2011-2012). Since then I have been a postdoctoral scholar, jointly affiliated with the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. My research focuses on human communication and cognition, and involves studies in the lab and the field. I have previously written general audience pieces for Scientific American Mind and Nautilus Magazine.
