Kerith’s research interests include child nutrition, dietary assessment, eating behaviours, gut health and indigenous nutrition.

Kerith works for the Priority Research Centre for Physical Activity and Nutrition and the Priority Research Centre for Gastroenterology at The University of Newcastle, Australia.
