Lecturer in Early Childhood Education, University of Hull

Kerrie is a lecturer in Education Studies who specialises in Early Years. She is an active member of the Early Childhood Studies Network (ECSDN) Sustainability Group and is accredited by the National Forest School Association as a Forest School Trainer and Assessor. Kerrie focuses her teaching and research interests in Early Childhood Education and Care. She is an experienced lecturer at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Kerrie brings over ten years of pedagogical experience working in the ECEC sector to her teaching. Through her role as Programme Director for both the Foundation Degree Professional Practice in Early Years 0-8 and the BA (Hons) Early Childhood Education and Care (Top-Up) (GPS pathway) Kerrie supports working practitioners to gain further knowledge and qualification to support the early years workforce, children and families
