Kershree Padayachee

Senior Lecturer (Academic Development), University of the Witwatersrand

Kershree Padayachee holds a PhD in Cell Biology and Plant Cryobiology, and a PG Dip (HE). She is currently a senior lecturer and teaching and learning advisor in the Science Teaching and Learning Unit (STLU) in the Faculty of Science at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Having transitioned from teaching in the biological sciences to a focus on higher education studies and the professional development of academics as university teachers, she is involved in collaborative, cross-disciplinary research in teaching, learning and assessment in higher education.
