Dr Kesseba brings a tenure of more than 23 years of international experience working in the fields of; Higher Education, Management Consultancy, and the Extractive/Energy industry. That includes expertise in International Business Management, Strategic Alliances and Cross-Sector Collaborations in various large, medium, and small-sized portfolio entities across four continents (Europe, North America, Africa and Asia).
Academically, as a Doctor of Business Administration, his research work and interest focus on; Alliances and Networks, and Public-Private Partnerships in Sovereign Sector Industries. That pertains to the informal governing dynamics of the inter-organisational and intra-organisational exchanges of partnerships in contexts of International Business Management, Industrial Management, and Emerging Economies. His lectureships activities cover the areas of International Business Management, Foreign Direct Investment and Global Supply Chain Management.
Before his academic career, his experience permeates various senior executive positions, and several management consultancy projects. That is pertinent to areas of; Governance planning and implementation, Contractual agreements (PSA, GPA), and Joint operating agreements (JOAs).
Dr Kesseba is a keynote speaker at the Geological Society conference, London, UK. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK. His Bachelor’s degree “BCom” is in Commerce and Business Management from Helwan University in Egypt. His Master’s degree “MBA” is in International Business Administration from ESLSCA Business School in France. In addition to his Doctoral degree “DBA” in Business Administration from Sheffield Business School at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
