I hold a PhD (Built Environment), MSc (Real Estate Economics) and BSc (Land Economics). With such a broad background ranging from land and property to real estate markets, I have expertise in land matters, housing policies and market performance, commercial property market performance analysis and proptech. I have demonstrated expertise in all these areas through research publications in recognised journals. As a professional, I started as a staff in the Municipal Building Inspection division in Ghana, moved into housing and property valuations, research consultancy into housing and property developments in Ghana and now a full time academic, teaching and researching into the Built Environment Sector.
