Laetitia Fourie is lecturer at the University of the Free State, South Africa where she teaches Insurance, Consumer Protection, Commercial and Labour Law modules to undergraduate law students. She is currently undertaking her PhD through Leiden Law School on the topic of the protection of employees with disabilities in the South African workplace from a comparative and international law perspective. Laetitia holds a Masters degree in Mercantile Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Law (cum laude) from the University of the Free State, South Africa.
