Lambert Schneider is research coordinator for international climate policy at Oeko-Institut. He participates in international climate negotiations since more than 15 years, including as a delegate of the European Union. His research currently focuses on international carbon markets and greenhouse gas accounting. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the Kyoto Protocol's Clean Development Mechanism.
