I am employed as a Research Scientist with the Western Australian Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, where I am responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring translocations of threatened plant species. My research is focused on improving the techniques used in implementing and managing plant translocations and refining the criteria used to assess the success of plant translocations. I am also currently studying for a PhD with Murdoch University. My PhD research is focused on aspects of assessing plant translocation success.
