Dr. Linda Lee researches services marketing topics, with recent research examining deepfakes using artificial intelligence, the use of artificial intelligence for content analysis in marketing research, and fake news and company slogans. Her research has been published or accepted by journals such as Business Horizons, European Journal of Marketing, and Tourism Management. Prior to her academic career, she spent over 20 years as a marketing leader and management consultant.
