My research concentrates on the last French war of religion in Languedoc (1702-1710) and the Camisards' political and religious connections in Protestant refuges. After studying the case of these "French Prophets" in London for my PhD, I am now traveling across Europe to explore their foundational influence over foreign dissenters for a postdoctoral project entitled: "Millenarian Networks in Enlightenment Europe: The French Connection (1685-1750)".
