RMIT Fulbright Fellow, RMIT University

My work is informed by my own experiences of mental health diagnosis, service use and periods of healing. I'm a researcher with deep knowledge of organisational issues relevant to ‘lived experience’ mental health employment. I'm employed as the inaugural RMIT Fulbright Fellow, in the School of Management, College of Business. I was awarded a Fulbright Postdoctoral Scholarship in 2017 to study lived experience employment in the U.S. while based at Yale University. I remain an affiliate of Yale. My work frequently informs policy. I have received several industry and academic awards including the 2019 Mental Health Services Award of Australia and New Zealand 'Early Career Researcher' award. I've been featured on respected national media, including Radio National ‘Life Matters’ and as a panellist on ABC’s ‘Q&A’. My Tedx is available at: https://youtu.be/01rwdqqaE4g
