Louise Hunter

I'm an Endocrinology & Diabetes NIHR Clinical Lecturer. I have recently completed my PhD at the University of Manchester, having held an MRC Clinical Research Training Fellowship (MR/N021479/1; 2016-2019).

My research focuses on the interaction between nuclear receptor signalling and the circadian clock, and how this serves to regulate metabolism.

I am chair of the Society for Endocrinology Early Career Steering Group and also sit on the editorial board of 'The Endocrinologist' magazine.
