Dr Louise Kelly is a researcher and Lecturer in Advertising and Digital Marketing at the QUT Business School. For over a decade Louise has been researching in the areas of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), social media and privacy, consumer engagement, and more recently the impact of digital disruption on marketing practice. Her current research areas include global agency leadership, the impact of big data on strategy, deviant consumer behavior on social media and message appeals on prosocial acts.
