Louise's qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics (Hons 1), Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1) and Ph.D., which was gained at the Department of Industrial Relations, Sydney University. She has held continuing appointments in both Management and Law Faculties. Louise has published extensively on a wide range of topics in employment and discrimination law, public sector employment relations industrial relations, human resource management and work and family policy. Louise is also one of Australia's leading experts on employer associations and industrial relations. Louise is an editorial member of the University Of Western Sydney Law Journal and sits on the Australian Society of Labour Law (NSW) Committee.
