PhD Candidate Marine Ecology, Macquarie University

Louise is a PhD candidate at Macquarie University. She has an interest in all things marine but is particularly interested in coastal ecosystems and related processes. Louise has several years experience working on the impacts of microplastics on animal behaviour and community structure and has published her work in international journals. Louise has a passion for community and behavioural ecology and is focussed on understanding how we can use behaviour as a tool to understand the effects of human disturbance.
