I am currently researcher at Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research, LISER and associate research fellow at CREM (UMR CNRS 6211 - Rennes, France). My researches are concerned with personnel economics and labour economics. My main research questions assess the consequences of digitalization and human resource management practices in the workplace on employees well being, motivations, performance and job search. I use both survey and experimental data. The development of my current research agenda is based on a research grant supported by the FNR (TWAIN). I have published articles in European Economic Review, Industrial Relations, Economic and Industrial Democracy, Applied Economics, Revue Economique, Economics Bulletin.
