Luke Foster Middup

Lecturer in International Relations, University of St Andrews

My speciality is in US foreign policy post-1945 with a particular emphasis on civil-military relations in the post-Vietnam area. I also teach modules on the history of both conventional and unconventional warfare. In addition to my PhD, I hold an M.A. in international relations and a B.A. in European Politics, all obtained from the University of Nottingham.
