A senior lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour with over twenty years of experience as an HR practitioner.

Author of Strategic Redundancy Implementation: Re-Focus, Re-Organise and Re-Build (2022) which received a 5-star rating from Reader's Choice, my research passion is driven by mitigating the negative impact of redundancies on individuals and organisations.

Other research areas include gamification, virtual reality, research methods, the use of social media in education, netnography and action research.
