Lecturer in Marketing, Griffith University

Dr Mai Nguyen is a Lecturer in Marketing and Director of Insight Lab at Griffith University. She is also a Honor Research Fellow at The University of Queensland. She focuses on both the causes and implications of pro-consumer behaviour changes in different marketing scenarios, with a particular focus on the role of technologies. Her research has appeared in a range of leading journals, including the International Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Journal of Consumer Marketing. Her contribution has been recognised with multiple awards for teaching, research and industry engagement, including: Outstanding Early Career Researcher (2022), Outstanding Research Award (2021), Excellence in Industry Engagement Award (2021), Outstanding Leadership Award (2021), Outstanding Paper Award in the 5th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism (2020).
