Mairene Tobón Ospino

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Law School of the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá. My lines of interest are Migration, migrant children, public policies, political opinion and integration. Currently, I am developing the project Territorial Dynamics of Venezuelan migration in Colombia, a look at the protection of migrant children.
I am a Junior MINCIENCIAS researcher, I have worked as a teacher and researcher at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in the area of: international migration, public policies and development, knowledge management, methodology for scientific research, among other subjects. Proponent and head of ID + I projects with own resources and international cooperation. Contributor to journals as arbitrator, as well as author and co-author of refereed publications.
