Manogari Chetty

Manogari Chetty is an Associate Professor and specialist Maxillofacial Pathologist at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. She heads the department of Oral Biology and has developed the field of genetics in dentistry at the Faculty consequent to a PhD in Human Genetics. Chetty is a member of several national and internal academic societies including the Society for Craniofacial Genetics and Developmental Biology, South African Society of Human Genetics, Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World, South African Dental Association and the International Association of Dental Research. She has several publications in the field of genetics also is an editorial board member and reviewer of articles for several national and international journals.
