PhD Candidate in Political Economy, King's College London

Marc is a PhD candidate in Political Economy at King's College London. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and serves as a visiting lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an Economics graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and holds a Master of Science degree from King’s College London. Marc has contributed to Stanford Social Innovation Review and to Discovering Truth (series 1) which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize.

Professionally, Marc has been an employee, entrepreneur and social entrepreneur. He has over 25 years’ experience of advertising and marketing communications. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer, Havas Worldwide; Executive Vice President, McCann Erickson WorldGroup and Deputy Chairman, Dentsu (Europe, Middle East and Africa). In 2007, he founded Lepere Analytics (an independently held research and analytics firm with partners in London and New York) whose data helps organisations to identify and understand peoples’ expectations of them.
