Margaret Hutchison

Margaret Hutchison is a Lecturer in History in the School of Arts at the Australian Catholic University, Brisbane. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Adelaide and a PhD in history from the Australian National University. Her research focuses on the history of war, culture and memory. She is the author of Painting War: A history of the Australia’s First World War official art scheme which was published with Cambridge University Press in November 2018.
