Senior Lecturer in Law, Macquarie University

Dr Kelly teaches in Constitutional Law at Macquarie University.

She has experience appearing in the media and delivering presentations in her field of expertise to international audiences.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from The University of Queensland, an LLB from Australian National University, and Doctor of Philosophy from Macquarie University.

Her research interests include constitutional law, administrative law, the nature of governance, Australian governance, common law history and constitutionalism, history and law of the monarchy and constitutional history.
