Maria Anice Mureb Sallum

Professor of Epidemiology, Universidade de São Paulo (USP)

Graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1976), master's degree (1991) and doctorate (1994) in Public Health from the University of São Paulo. Full professor at the University of São Paulo, Department of Epidemiology, since 2015. Member of the Editorial Committee of the magazines: Infection, Genetics and Evolution and Revista Brasileira de Entomologia. Has experience in the area of ​​Parasitology, with an emphasis on Entomology and Malacology of Parasites and Vectors, acting mainly on the following themes: Medical Entomology, Culicidae, Anopheles, Culex, morphological and molecular taxonomy, ecology, biodiversity and evolution.
