Ph.D. Candidate in International Relations (Global Environmental Governance and Diplomacy), McGill University

I am Vanier Canada and Pierre Elliott Trudeau scholar with expertise in Global Environmental Governance, paradiplomacy and diplomatic studies, federal studies, and Multi-Level Governance in Canada, the European Union, and the United States. I employ qualitative and ethnographic methods to analyze the evolution of practices of sovereignty and diplomacy in the context of contemporary global governance, with a particular focus on subnational governments (i.e., cities and regions) and Indigenous Peoples.
