Mark A. Grey is Professor of Anthropology and Head of the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminology at the University of Northern Iowa. Dr. Grey also recently served as an adjunct professor at the U.S. Army War College. For over 30 years, Dr. Grey has researched human migration, conflict and security. Mark shares his expertise and experience in numerous university courses including Climate Change, Human Migration and Conflict, Immigration and Transnationalism, Africa and Reflections and Perspectives on Global Slavery and Human Trafficking. He has published in numerous professional and public outlets, including War Room, Small Wars Journal, Somatosphere, The Journal of Latino/Latin-American Studies and Human Organization.
