Prior to joining Athabasca University's faculty in 2007, I held several positions at Canadian universities and at both levels of government, including stints as a policy analyst with the Ministry of Labour in Queen's Park, Toronto and with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in Ottawa.
