Lecturer in Nutritional Physiology, University of Leeds

Mark is a lecturer in nutritional physiology at the University of Leeds. His research focuses on the physiological, metabolic and behavioural mechanisms that influence weight loss susceptibility. In particular, he is interested in the relationship between physical activity and appetite regulation, and how compensatory eating behaviour may mediate exercise-induced weight loss. He is also interested in the role of body composition and energy expenditure as drivers of energy intake
