Mark Sawyer

Mark Sawyer is a Lecturer in Architecture in the School of Design, University of Western Australia, where he also coordinates the Industrial Design Research Lab (IDRL)—a design-research group that brings scholarly research, practical expertise, and design thinking to real-world problems and projects. In his current research projects Mark is examining alternative approaches to smart cities and products, as well as new design applications for post-consumer plastic waste.
