PhD and Master of Organisational Psychology Candidate | Leadership Science, The University of Queensland

I am fascinated by all things leadership.
I currently investigate the phenomenon of leadership destabilisation - the process where a leader's influence over followers deteriorates. My research aims to map out how followers change their minds about a leader, resulting in a loss of influence and loyalty. This would help inform strategies to mitigate potential disruptions to a leader's influence and shed light on possible strategies to neutralise negative leadership movements.
