Dr. Megan Price is the Director of the Center for Applied Insight Conflict Resolution and the Insight Conflict Resolution Program at George Mason University. She is a principal collaborator in the development of the Insight approach to conflict analysis and resolution, and her research and practice focus on designing reliable, context-based solutions to systemic social conflict. To this end, Dr. Price co-developed Insight Policing in 2012, and redeveloped it for application in schools in 2015. She continues to work closely with police agencies and schools as well as with diverse groups from all over the world to help them set the ground for creative collaboration and sustainable transformation. Dr. Price is an expert trainer and facilitator, committed to experiential, authentic learning formats. She earned her PhD from the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University and her Master’s in Reconciliation Studies from Trinity College, Dublin in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Dr. Price currently teaches as Adjunct Professor at George Mason University and Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University.
