I am a Chemical and Environmental Engineer by training. I worked for more than three years on novel applications for nanomaterials such as nanoporous surfaces, and piezoelectric nanowires. During my PhD for the past four years, I have been investigating the fate and transformations of nanoparticles of silver in the environment.
Currently I am a researcher at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology looking at the activities of the chemical industry and its impacts of soil pollution.
