Currently working on a PhD as part of the Behaviour Change Graduate Research Industry Partnership (BC-GRIP), a collaboration between BehaviourWorks Australia (Monash Sustainable Development Institute) and the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP). Investigating how (re)connecting people with nature may encourage behaviours that protect and enhance biodiversity, in line with DELWP's Biodiversity Plan.
Registered Health Psychologist with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Specialises in helping clients with chronic illness to live well with, and despite, illness and/or disability. A particular interest - both academically and clinically - in the health and wellbeing benefits of spending time in, and connecting with, nature.
Previous experience working as a researcher and research assistant in academic settings and private industry.
